Please delete your local Maven repository (on Unix-y systems rm -rf ~/.m2) Try a clean build and then an offline build. There was a bug in an older Maven-Scala plugin that prohibited offline builds. It was fixed a long time ago, but you may still be using that version. Also, what version of Maven are you using?
