I just looked at patch file (EsmeJsra263FixPatch.diff) both in the Jia for
ESME-263 and the local copy on my system and they are correct. They have the
right day/date/month/hour/minute validation changes. They have none of the
other stuff except the pubsubhubub-2 stuff. (I svn updated before I did the
svn diff for the patch).
The pubsubhubub-2 branch created by Ethan for me has some changes which are
refelcted in this patch too. They are not complete and you can check them in
too since they will affect only my working branch for pubsubhubub-2.
