I started the vote on the general mailing list last night. Let's see what happens in the next 72 hours.
After that vote concludes, I will submit the resolution to the ASF Board. The next Board meeting (http://www.apache.org/foundation/board/calendar.html) is on Dec 15. If all goes well, we should be a TLP by Christmas - which would be a great XMas present for all involved. D.
