ASSET BASED FINANCE DIVISION, as :
Product Manager (Code : PM – ABF – Mils)
Spesification :
· Bachelor degree from a reputable university, majoring in Finance/Economics, or Business Administration
· At least 5 – 10 years experience in multi finance company or Bank as product manager or sales team
Qualification :
· Has strong knowledge of market
· Has strong knowledge of banking industry, customers and understanding of bank’s Asset Based Finance products and services
· Has strong analytical skill
· Has good communication and interpersonal skills
· Fluent in English (oral and written)
· Fluent in computer usage specially MS Office and presentations
Job Description :
Responsible for the development and growth of the Asset Based Finance (ABF) product volumes for Small Medium Enterprises (SME) and Commercial customers.
Various tasks involved are:
· Develop and grow ABF products volumes and margins according to plan
· Originate leads from suppliers and prospects for converting into customers
· Call on customers directly and along with SME and Commercial sales team to convert into customers
· Manage portfolio delinquency within plan parameters
· Keep track of market share position by getting relevant data on local sales in the market
· Collect information and data from customers ; prepare credit package for submission to ABF approval team according to company procedures
· Cooperate with ABF credit team to maintain a strong portfolio, including providing assistance to early warning, rehabilitation and recovery teams, when needed
· Maintain updated market information on market trends and competitor activities
