HUMAN RESOURCES DIVISION, as:
1. Training Coordinator (TC-DLC-Mils)
Specific Qualification :
Maximum 30 years old.
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major preferably in Management or
Business Administration.
Has minimum 3 years experience in banking or HR Related Functions such as
training or others.
Must be a team player with strong leadership & management, has a service
excellence, the passion for teaching and training, show an excellent training
delivery skills, understanding the principles of curriculum development,
excellent communication skill both oral and written (English is a must)
Job Description :
Administer the utilization of training budget, produce training financial
and actual training reports on regular basis.
To provide services as required in the delivery of training program, this
includes but not limited to accommodation, transportations, financial, etc.
Conduct all preparations prior the delivery of the training, including but
not limited to enrollment of and / or invitation to participants and
instructors, checking data, preparations of schedules, materials and training
logistic.
Provide support to ensure a smooth undertaking of training delivery of
each program, this include but not limited to monitoring schedule, availability
of instructors and coordination with the respective line of business.
Administer the evaluation of training program.
Preparation certificate of training to participants.
B. FINANCIAL PLANNING & PROJECTS DIVISION , as:
1. Team Leader Consumer (TL-FC-Mils)
Specific Qualification :
Minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university
Strong accounting knowledge whether gained on the job or in education
At least 7 years experience of working in audit or accounting line with
commercial banking customers or worked in banking sector
Strong understanding and updated knowledge of Indonesian accounting policy
Understand accounting for and business issues of banking products relevant
for Consumer business
Excellent problem solver & strong team player
Has excellent strategic and negotiation skill
Works well under time pressure
Open minded to the new concepts, ideas and improvement possibilities
Helpful and willing to provide solution, assistance to business units
Job Description :
To perform analysis on of the performance of consumer banking lines of
business units (both customer view and product view)
To produce reports and advice to the business in its decision making by
showing the impact of micro and macro changes on a business
To be key part of working teams with segments doing strategic planning by
providing financial analysis support
To manage a team of managers and associates in addition to doing work
correctly
