Applications are now open to join our team as: Industrial & Employee Relations Advisor You will provide expertise in in the design, development, and implementation of policies, strategies, and programs concerning the employee and industrial relations. You will hold a Bachelor's Degree holder with a minimum of 10 years experience in various HR functions, 7 of which in industrial relations. Willingness to work frequently in remote location will be essential for this role. Commercial Analyst You will provide commercial support, help implementing the gas sales and purchase agreements with existing customers and develop gas marketing strategies of new gas sales. You will have a Bachelor's Degree with at least 7 years commercial analysis experience in the oil & gas industry, possess sound financial understanding as well as knowledge of Indonesia production sharing contract and its fiscal terms. Self-starter as well as strong team player in multi-disciplinary team environment plus a good command of both oral and written English are essential for all roles above.
