To install a balanced credit culture by setting standard, and leading/providing guidance in all aspects of credit management to subordinates in order to enhance their individual skill. To ensure the Banks policies and procedures are adhered to and business activities are conducted in accordance with the code of conduct so that a stable operating environment is maintained To continually monitor new account approval criteria and processing flows, in order to ensure that profitable prospect and acquired and that business opportunity area optimised To institute procedures, guidelines and reports in order to ensure that business processes are understood, managed in a quality, standardized and cost efficient manner REQUIREMENTS: Past experience in Corporate Banking, min 10 years Must have detailed knowledge of credit management skills to leverage this activities gained through experience in similar operations and similar industry. Understanding of trade and treasury related product Understanding of Risk Management as required under Basle II Accord and Bank Indonesia Overseas graduate (local graduate from top 5 local university) Well versed with financial modelling Good understanding of banking regulations Fluent in English (oral & written) Attractive remuneration with promising career development is waiting for the right candidate.
