Probably it's because I was looking in EPEL stable, instead of testing.
The link from the cobbler page takes you to here:
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/EPEL
which has separate links for:
RHEL4 (CentOS4), and
RHEL5 (CentOS5)
If we are supposed to get them from a different testing release, it's not clear
how to get there from the link you provide.
