This is the wrong list to ask on - try the xen list, or fedora-xen.
That said, I'm running CentOS 5.1 with xen 3.1.x that I rebuilt from the
Fedora RPMS. I believe the general feeling is that 32-bit guests are
unstable on x86_64 Dom0.
