It looks like you wanted "SNIPPET::rpmLIST" in your template, not
"snippet rpmLIST". Yes?
Incidentally you probably want to just use the "Advanced Snippets" stuff
mentioned on the Wiki now as it means you no longer need that #include
hack. Cobbler will allow you to maintain a package list that varies
based on the profile and/or system. Check it out...

It appears that there is something wrong about a "_", and around 219,
but without looking at the file it's hard to say.

Actually the bit about "_" is an error while trying to give you the error
message.
This will fix your logging so you can see the rest of the Cheetah error in
/var/log/cobbler/cobbler.log:

I have already applied that fix to the logging messages, though the error
should be a syntax one you still need to fix, after reading the logs to figure
out what it is.
