Guys, IIUIC, there is one more bit needed; The Software Grant Agreement (see http://www.apache.org/licenses/#grants)
1. Zip/tar up the entire codebase. If it is in Subversion now, then do a "dump" if you want history to be maintained. 2. Compute the MD5/SHA1 on that tarball and place in separate files. 3. Either provide a link where Mentor (or infra team) can pick this up. 4. Add "Apache Etch - incubating", the MD5 checksum and tar file name, in the "Exhibit A" 5. Fax that to the ASF secretary. I am sorry all these legal mumbo-jumbo is needed, but this prudence is why ASF software is so well regarded. So; a. Corporate CLA is on the way? b. Let's start the account request procedure. c. when the above is received by the Secretary, the SVN will be initialized with the inital codebase. Cheers Niclas
