Here is a patch that updates most of the SS7 dissectors to support the Chinese ITU variant (which is basically ITU with 24-bit point codes). I didn't update the ISUP dissector, but it appears to work unmodified.
I reused the "network/cluster/member" fields from ANSI (in Chinese they're called the "main signalling area," "sub signalling area," and "signalling point") but I did add filterable fields like "mtp3.chinese_dpc" (instead of reusing "mtp3.ansi_dpc").
Please consider for inclusion.
