[Ethereal-dev] Bugfix to packet-mtp3, Segmentation fault.

Hi,
When loading a capture file with ISUP over M3UA draft version 6 Ethereal exits with 
segmentation fault.
Included fix seems to fix the problem.( capture enclosed ).
Problem occures when changing preferences in M3UA.
