[Ethereal-dev] Error in executing SED command and not generatng config.h

     I am building ethereal on windows using ethereal source 
downloaded from ethereal site.
       when i execute make on windows, having Microsoft Vc++,it 
gives error in SED command saying that libintl.dll not found and 
did not generate config.h file.
        Please suggest the solutions.
     I am using WindowsNT and Microsoft VC++.
