Checked in, but without the preference setting (if there are no heuristic dissectors, the option makes no difference; if there are, then either
1) the dissector does the right thing, in which case you might as well have the preference turned on
or
2) the dissector doesn't do the right thing, in which case either the dissector should either be fixed or disabled).
