Select "Print" from the "File" menu, and make sure you've selected "Plain Text" for "Format:" and "File" for "Print to:". Select "Print detail" and "Expand all levels" and, if you want the ASCII output to include a dump of the packet's raw hex data, as well as the dissected view of the packet, select "Print hex data". Put the name of the file to which you want the ASCII text printed into the "File:" box, and click "OK".
