There will be a mac-addres, but it may not be the mac address you want to see
as Marco van den Bovenkamp wrote (however it seems that Marco just replied to the list 
so you might not have seen his answer):

"If you're in the same IP subnet as the machines accessing your server, 
yes; their MAC address will be in the packet you capture.

If you're not, it's not possible from the capture alone, as packets from 
any 'remote' (i.e not in the same subnet) machines will have the MAC 
address of your local router interface in them."

In order to see the mac address can use the -V option to not just see the summary 
printout.
There are also other ways to add the mac address to the summary printout.
