[Ethereal-users] rmp differences

Can someone explain the differences between the folllowing Linux RPMs?  I am 
expecially confused by the "net-snmp" and "no-snmp" versions.  Does 
"net-snmp" mean it is packaged with the appropriate snmp files?  Also what 
is the usermode rpm?
