I am currently debugging a PERL socket program that I am writing. To test the the program, I need to capture the tcp packets that are over the MS loopback adaptor. I have search the archive and the status has been that it is not supported in Windows. Has there been a change in the status? I have another alterntive which is to use RedHat linux 7.1. Will Ethereal be able to capture the loopback on that platform? TIA. Vincent
