Can I have your advise and what actions I can do in order to make a broadcast to all ports in the switch , so I can monitor the traffic and who is login to my HP Servers.

You need to find out if your switch can copy the traffic from and to a number of ports to another where you can connect the box you run Ethereal on.
If it can't, you're pretty much out of luck.
