An SNMPv2 trap with a Varbind of Syntax Counter32 and value (decimal) 1000 has the
following data for that Counter64:
46 02 03 e8
Ethereal v0.9.16 dissects this as:
Value: Length is 2, should be 8
Is this correct behaviour? Why should the Counter64 value have to be fixed length in
the trap?
(Note: the same behaviour occurs with an SNMP GET)
