While upgrading the OpenPKG package for Ethereal today, I noticed that
the new 0.10.0 tarball does not contain the help/*.h files which are
needed during building the Gtk GUI (both Gtk 1 and 2). I don't know
whether this was intentional or by accident, but I solved it for me
locally by adding the necessary *.h files from the Ethereal CVS. I think
a 0.10.1 tarball should be rolled, including the help/ stuff.
