In the entries for packages from The Written Word at
http://www.ethereal.com/download.html#binaries
there's a footnote that refers you to an item giving links to the
packages that their Ethereal packages require - but the footnote is just
a small superscript "1", so people might miss it.
Should that be done differently? For example, make the footnote a "see
below" link that links to the footnote?
