What do you mean with "XML plugin"? If you mean a DOM tree parser, then the answer is no (until someone contributes code to add it of course). You are however able to visualize the XML as text in Ethereal 0.10.1 in many cases when conveyed over HTTP or WSP or MMSE. However consider waiting until Ethereal version 0.10.2 will be released in the coming days (will fix some issues reported by many users).
