I'm kinda in the same position as Hugh. Only when I run my sudo apt-get install ethereal my package lists are read and it builds the dependency trees but then fails stating that the source package list could not be found. Any suggestions. Thanks
also... to Guy Harris, when I run find / -name ethereal -print I get a bunch of permission denies for the various folders on my computer. And what I meant by the path being set ok, there's a pathsetup.command that atomatically sets the path and apple$ /Volumes/Fink\ 0.6.2\ Installer/pathsetup.command; exit Your environment seems to be correctly set up for Fink already. is the result after running this programming. Thanks for the help, just trying to get this thing up and running _______________________________________________ Ethereal-users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.ethereal.com/mailman/listinfo/ethereal-users
