I often use the Stevens book, but it is fairly old and has gotten a bit out of date.
I also use "Internetworking with TCP/IP, Vol 1", fourth edition, by Douglas E. Comer. ISBN 0-13-018380-6. I don't like it as much as the Stevens book, but it does address a lot of newer features (like selective ACK).

You can consider reading TCP/IP Illustrated Volume 1, by W. Richard Stevens (ISBN 0-201-63346-9). I think this book is the best if you want to learn more about tcp/ip.
