Hello, My target hardware is an embedded pc that has the Intel PRO/100 driver included, so getting another nic is no option. I have to get a driver the PRO/100 adapter. In EtherCAT master version 1.3.0 there was a testing version of the Intel PRO/100 driver for kernel 2.6.18, that was removed in version 1.4.rc3.
Florian, can you tell me a few facts about this existing driver. What were the open issues that prevented the driver from getting stable. The aim is to get the driver for kernel version 2.6.24. I would be glad if you could give me some hints on which points i should set my focus.
