About me: I'm a student of electronic engineering new to the EtherCat/Etherlab world and not a long time user of RTAI.
I have decent Linux experience however.
I'm trying to create a program in C language that extracts information from ENI
file and use them to configure your IgH EtherCAT Master for Linux.
In your opinion is it possible?
I'm finding some serious problem with cyclic task and DC configuration,
especially.
In Eni file Cyclic tasks are described by a list of datagrams to send. Is there
a way to interpret them through your ecrt API?
Eni file not indicate the opmode used for distributed clock, needed to
determine the AssignActivate Word (from ESI file). How can I retrieve this
information?
