Hi all,
after downloading of the development version 1.5 I tried to build the
configure file with bootstrap w/o success.
How did you download? I tried it using mercurial and configure.ac was there!
The download by mercurial was OK ... but the copy from one Linux machine
to an other went wrong =:-/
Tanks ... all is now OK !

Is there a way to get the necessary configure.ac file ??
Linux10.3:/home/ethercat-1.5 # ./bootstrap
+ aclocal -I config
aclocal: `configure.ac' or `configure.in' is required
<-----------
+ autoheader --force
autoheader: `configure.ac' or `configure.in' is required <------------
+ libtoolize --force --copy
libtoolize: `configure.ac' does not exist
<------------
Try `libtoolize --help' for more information.
+ automake --foreign --add-missing --copy
automake: `configure.ac' or `configure.in' is required <-------------
+ autoconf
autoconf: no input file
+ set +x
Cheers
