Hello

I am using the Realtek RTL8111/8168B network chip, and a vanilla kernel
2.6.29.6 with the realtime patch rt24. We have problems with the realtek
driver from kernel.org and we want to use the network driver from realtek
itself (see http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1
<http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=13&PFi
d=5&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false>
&PNid=13&PFid=5&Level=5&Conn=4&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false).

So I have two questions :

1) Is there a network patch for the IGH Ethercat master, based on the
realtek network driver mentioned above

2) Is there more info about 'how to patch a network device' beside
section 4.5 Patching Network Drivers, in the ethercat document.

Kind regards
