We are using this driver also with no problems with RTAI and 1.5.2 stack
We're using ubuntu 10.04 LTS as per linuxcnc distribution with their
standard rtai kernel 2.6.32-122 rtai

We're using the e1000e driver with Linux 2.6.37.6 (x86) and the 1.5.2
release of the IgH stack. It builds and works just fine.
