That looks like timing issues. It could also be hardware, but since you say this happens after process start, I think this is not really relevant.

Try to figure out your jitter or even overruns. You could increase debugging level and try to figure out what the master says

Dear all,

I am running etherlabmaster-9cdd7669dc0b as the master to
drive all the slaves from Beckhoff(including servo drives and IO
modules). Every time when it is just started, the whole system can work
very well. But errors happen after a long time running(about 20-35 hours
later). Part of the error message is showing below:

[69814.062218] EtherCAT 0: Domain 0: Working counter changed to 14/14.

[69847.925696] EtherCAT 0: Domain 0: Working counter changed to 13/14.

[69848.925673] EtherCAT 0: Domain 0: Working counter changed to 14/14.

[70069.692031] EtherCAT 0: Domain 0: Working counter changed to 13/14.

[70070.693019] EtherCAT 0: Domain 0: Working counter changed to 14/14.

[70111.648055] EtherCAT 0: Domain 0: Working counter changed to 13/14.

[70112.648969] EtherCAT 0: Domain 0: Working counter changed to 14/14.

[70306.445659] EtherCAT 0: Domain 0: Working counter changed to 14/14.

[70315.434273] EtherCAT 0: Domain 0: Working counter changed to 13/14.

[70316.435211] EtherCAT 0: Domain 0: Working counter changed to 14/14.

[70485.254039] EtherCAT 0: Domain 0: Working counter changed to 13/14.

[70486.257039] EtherCAT 0: Domain 0: 3 working counter changes - now 14/14.

[70519.220480] EtherCAT 0: Domain 0: Working counter changed to 13/14.

[70520.221400] EtherCAT 0: Domain 0: Working counter changed to 14/14.

Such errors will never stop but become worse and worse until mater stops.

When above errors happen, I never saw any error or warning about DC in
master or slave, but I noticed the feedback of one servo drive (AX5201)
is unreasonable even I put it into a separate domain. At the beginning I
considered it as hardware problem, but after changing another AX5201,
the problem is still the same. I have to concentrate on the software
again. Can you give some suggestions about my problem? Any clue is
welcome. Thanks in advance.

Maggie
