Hi, we are students working on EtherCAT master project via Igh open source
code, and we have some trouble doing the project, we use Igh 1.4.0 version,
When I ./ethercat, I could get EtherCAT master 1.4.0 done message,
and then I revised /opt/etherlab/etc/sysconfig/ethercat, I changed
MASTER0_DEVICE="ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff", and DEVICE_MODULES="8139too".
After that I ran /opt/etherlab/bin/ethercat master, but I got message below:
Master0
Phase: Waiting for device...
Slaves: 0
Device0: ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff (waiting...)
Tx count: 0
Rx count: 0
Device1: None.
I found some solutions and changed ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff to MAC address, but
message still same, what should I checked next or what I did wrong? Should
I connect slave(s) then I can get the correct message?
By the way, I also tried method on (
