The EtherCAT master in the build service now builds against the 5.3.18
kernel in the repository for 15.2. Packages are available since
yesterday. I am still preparing the spec file for 15.3, but you could
have a try. A simple
sudo zypper ref && sudo zypper update
should do the job.
