I am using the following configuration
Ubuntu 20.04 5.4 kernel
rt preempt_kernel version is 5.4.69-rt39
NIC-e1000
IGH ethercat master-1.5.2 334c34cfd2e5 version
I am also working on the same thing and I think we are facing the same problem.
I am using the following slaves
0 0:0 PREOP + EK1100 EtherCAT-Koppler (2A E-Bus)
1 5:0 PREOP + EL1008 8K. digital input, 24 V DC, 3 ms
2 7:0 PREOP + EL2008 8K . Dig. Ausang 24v, 0.5A
3 7:3 OP + 0x0000009a:0x00030924
While i am checking the slaves after upping the master
*sudo ethercat master*
using
*sudo ethercat slaves *
I am getting the elmo slaves in operational mode.
I tried to change the value of digital output using the example code
but the master got freezed in some error and I need to turn off the pc
to continue further.
If there are any special things needed specially for the elmo
drives(Like the frequency etc) please let me know!
