Log:
Major update to setup.sh which eliminates the need of links in /usr/lib by
simply generating a script named 'etoile' as a replacement (sourcing
GNUstep.sh). You should run this script to launch Etoile now rather than
etoile_system itself. Before running 'svn update', run ./setdown.sh else
spurious links will remain in /usr/lib and /usr/local/bin
