Disabled EtoileWildMenus NSMenuItemCell+Hackery -drawInteriorWithFrame:inView:
to let the equivalent method in Camaelon handles the drawing. This means arrow
images are now loaded and available for method
-drawKeyEquivalentWithFrame:inView: (this last method is in charge of drawing
submenu indicators). Fix for bug #8611
