Log:
Fix to make menu usable at the cost of totally breaking tear-off menu support.
Now menus should close when you click anywhere outside of their menu views
(until now they only closed if you clicked a menu item or somewhere in current
application windows). Related to bugs #8571 #8568 and general bug report #8666
