Lots of fixes and additions.
Fixed the two remaining UI regressions since The Big Refactoring of the XMPP
code. Now works like it used to (correct roster group expansion, correct
correspondent display in chats).
Tidied, integrated, and tested Jesse's 'Add Account' dialog. Messing with
Address Book by end users no longer required.
Finished code allowing people to connect to a server which is not part of their
JID (and included UI for configuring this). Minor bug: If users have specified
their JID in AB already, it is not yet possible to set the server. Temporary
work-around is to delete the JID from AB.
Thanks to Jesse for his contributions. This version can probably go into
/stable, although I'd like to integrate the new XML code, if I have time.
