Log:
Added idle time notification daemon. Sends a UserIdleNotification from
EtoileIdleTimer for every complete minute that the user has been idle. The
userInfo dictionary contains an NSNumber with the key @"Minutes" indicating
the number of minutes that the user has been idle.
