Log:
Made ETLayoutItem properties access on model object clearer. Documented
ETLayoutItem a bit. Minor modifications to ETTableLayout. Added many new
skeleton methods related to layout size, scroll view support and source support
to ETViewLayout and ETContainer. Documented default layout process on
ETViewLayout and also layout size handling. Implemented optional source
protocol in ContainerExample (not yet working). Refactored the code of this
example.
