Log:
Shifted more responsabilities from ETContainer to ETViewLayout. Added new
layout items subclasses ETLayer and ETLayoutItemGroup. Made source works and
modified ContainerExample to use it by default. Added various stuff to
ETContainer and ETViewLayout (in skeleton form very often). Added
ETStyleRenderer and tried to document various classes a bit more.
