Log:
Added ETBrowserLayout almost fully working (NSBrowser wrapper using
FSBrowserCell by Apple). Implemented item live resizing which is supported in
all layouts except ETBrowserLayout for now. Modified FSBrowserCell to support
item resizing. Updated ContainerExample to offer a more interesting table
layout use. Item resizing is a bit slow :-)
