More work on LiveCD script to restore factory defaults after testing, clean up
potential null file in /dev, remove some deb orphans when possible and erase
the currently compressed livecd fs each time a new livecd is generated (this
avoids potential appending/merging of updated fs to existing one created the
last time a livecd was generated). Also added sudo use to build GNUstep and
Etoile part, it's useful outside of LiveCD context to make a quick Etoile
install on a machine
