Fixed circular updates between model and UI which were triggered by -reload.
The
issue occurred very clearly on resizing the object browser, layout items were
removed from the window layer, then added back and decorated with a new
window.
At UI level, this translated into windows getting shifted all around the
screen
for each resize increment.
