Finally found the problem that causes multiple blank windows to appear at
launch. It looks like all windows, whose creation was deferred, are promised to
become immortal windows that refuse to be ordered out and closed... Solved it
by
passing NO to defer instead of YES inside the simplified initializers declared
in the EtoileUI category of NSWindow.
