Oops, just realized I committed the wrong file for r3149. The incorrectly
modified file test_ETLayoutItemBuilder.m doesn't matter, the diff only consists
of two commented out lines.
Only committing now the changes of r3149 as previously described:
Fixed incorrect tests for -setParentLayoutItem: of ETLayoutItem to match the
latest changes related to view handling in the layout item tree. Extended test
coverage a bit but more is needed
