Log:
Added new methods -canReload and -reloadIfNeeded to ETLayoutItemGroup. Replaced
most calls to -reload by -reloadIfNeeded, this eliminates all recurrent
warnings
that report the impossibility of reloading when no source is available (the
receiver is part of a static item tree).
Modified ETOutlineLayout and ETBrowserLayout to use -reloadIfNeeded instead of
-reload.
