Log:
Removed TestBlock ObjC class, since map: / fold: / collect: / foreach:
operations allow passing Smalltalk blocks to ObjC objects to be tested.
Rewrote it in Smalltalk, now test.m contains two classes.
Fixed the bugs doing this highlighted.
