Log:
Removed all source methods related code that handles the building of the meta
layout item tree for the inspected items. Modified -setRepresentedItems: and
-awakeFromNib to set up the represented object as a provider. This feature
handles all the details of which the itemGroupView source methods were
previously responsible of.
